Fractional COO

Support your product and operations team with a monthly engagement of a Fractional COO. This role helps to assess and optimise the development and operation of the systems and people that deliver your company's products/services. It's one thing to market for more work, it's another to have the capacity to deliver it. We'll work together to identify flaws; manage resources; and develop new systems.
